Welcome to All Animals Veterinary Clinic, Inc. (“Clinic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling an appointment, utilizing our services, purchasing products, or accessing our website or online services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR)
A Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) is established in accordance with Indiana law when a veterinarian has assumed responsibility for making medical judgments regarding your pet’s health, the client has agreed to follow the veterinarian’s instructions, and the patient has been examined within a medically appropriate timeframe. Without a valid VCPR, we are unable to diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical advice.


2. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
Appointments are required for most services. A deposit may be required for new clients prior to scheduling an appointment. Deposits may also be required for clients who have a history of multiple no-call/no-shows or repeated late cancellations. A cancellation is considered late if notice is not provided at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Surgical procedures require a deposit at the time of scheduling, and cancellations must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled surgery to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. The Clinic reserves the right to require prepayment for future appointments based on prior attendance history.


3. Message Opt-Out

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive appointment reminders, medical communications, billing notifications, and follow-up messages. Standard message and data rates may apply for text communications. You may opt out of non-essential communications by contacting our office; however, we may still send necessary administrative
or medical notices. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program please reach out to us at our phone number and we will assist you further upon open business hours.


4. Payment Policy & Credit Card Fees
Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and approved third-party financing options. An additional processing fee applies to credit card transactions completed within the Clinic. This fee does not apply to cash or debit transactions. We do not offer in-house payment plans unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Failure to pay for services rendered may result in referral to a collections agency, additional collection costs, and possible denial of future non-emergency services.

5. Communication & Consent
By providing contact information, including phone number and email address, you consent to receive appointment reminders, medical updates, follow-up communications, and billing notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply for text messaging. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


6. Modifications to Terms
All Animals Veterinary Clinic, Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
